Meet the Friends Board Members and their Pets

The function of the Board is to:

Exercise the corporate responsibilities and fiduciary duties consistent with applicable provisions of law;
Transact business;
Establish major administrative policies governing the affairs of FFDAS that provide for growth and development
Institute teams and appoint team
Review, modify, and/or approve all fund raising activities;
Coordinate, support, and monitor all volunteer activities;
Oversee the management of the Shelter facility;
Liaison with and responsive to the City of Dearborn;
Develop an annual strategic plan including budget and monitor progress against the plan;
Determine audit and any personal bond requirements.
