I need your approval for the following:

The Friends For the Dearborn Animal Shelter resolve to make application to the Michigan Liquor Control Commission for a Special License for sale and consumption of beer and wine for the Merchant's Wine Tasting fundraiser on June 8, 2008 to be held at Ford Field Park in the pavilion.

We have partnered with Merchants Fine Wines for the past 10 or so years to put on this event. We usually make over $1500 for very little effort on our part. Merchants also do other things at the event, raffles and in kind donations, as well as showcasing some adoptable dogs.

I would like to hear from you by May 6, so I can continue the licensing process.

It is a nice event with lots of great food, door prizes and great wine and beer,so you may consider attending. Tickets are usually $45.00/person.

I will assume that if you have an objection, you will contact me.
