Who: Friends For the Dearborn Animal Shelter

What: Cool Cat Casino Night

Cost: $30 in advance or $35 at the door

The Friends For the Dearborn Animal Shelter is hosting “Cool Cat” Casino Night, the hippest event for high rollers in Michigan. Tickets may be purchased online at www.dearborn-animals.com or by calling the shelter directly 313-943-2697. Ticket price includes open bar with signature drinks, extensive appetizer buffet, door prizes, and raffles; gaming consists of Blackjack, Let it Ride, and Texas Hold 'em.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Friends, which is a 501(c)3 nonprofit, and help underwrite such programs as the Cat Community Center, where felines live in a cage-free environment, and our low-cost spay/neuter voucher initiative.

Remember, February celebrates Spay Day USA!
