Volunteer Time Tracker

Thank you to all Friends volunteers for donating your time for the animals.  We appreciate your tracking your hours on a monthly basis. This helps us in many ways -- securing grant funding, informing financial donors, and in evaluating the volunteer program.  If you have any questions or comments about hour tracking,  e-mail the Director of Volunteers; please include your full name in all e-correspondence.

Instructions:    

Please fill in:

1.       Your name.

2.       Date that you worked for the shelter.

3.       Number of hours worked on one activity. If you work on several teams within one day, please list each separately!

4.       Activity Code.  (See key at the bottom of this page; indicate which team you worked with.)

5.     If you did general In-shelter work or general Board work, you may select from the Group code rather than the Activity Code.

6.       What specifically you did for that team. (For example, Volunteer A contributed 3 hours of work to the Golf Team; work may include keying, making phone calls, and posting flyers)

7.  Then click on the Submit button in order to have your hours recorded and credited to you.

NOTE:  Filled-in forms will be removed by the Volunteer Coordination Team when hours are calculated at the end of the month.  Blank forms are available at the back of the time-tracking binder.

 ** You also may 
       - e-mail your hour totals to friends-database-manager@dearborn-animals.com. Be sure to include full information as specified above.
       - Download the Time Tracker form and turn it in at the shelter.
